
1. Get raw stock larger than 9.5" * 1.75" *1/8"
2. Scribe then mark the outline of the knife with a bold line
3. Cut stainless steel with a plasma cutter 1/8 inch larger
4. Grind the knife to 1/16" tolerance
5. Grind the shape the knife blade by evenly removing metal from the top of the cutting edge
6. Course file with a hard rasp down to remove grinding marks
7. Fine file to remove to course file marks
8. Start sanding with a course sand paper 60-120
9. Sand down 240,320,400 dry than wet
10. Buff with cutting resin to remove sanding marks
11. Mark holes for handle
12. Pin punch holes
13. Drill holes for rivets in stock
14. Mark handle wood stock
15. Cut wood stock 1/16" large
16. Coat handle and stock with a generous amount of bonding resin
17. Clamp handles and allow to dry
18. Add rivets
19. Shape handles with a file
20. Sand the handles
21. Fix any scratches in the stock
22. Buff the knife to perfection.
