The Wiring for the box is basically very simple, it requires 1-16 contact din connector
the pinouts for the connector are listed in the manual for the board

the wires used will be:

Pin 1 - Input 1 ground
Pin 2 - Input Port 1
 

-these two must be wired with a capacitor in parallel to overcome a noise problem

Pins 9 and 11 need to be wired into the grey terminal strip on the right side of the box
see diagram.  (if these are not wired, the system will NOT move)

The other connection required is for wiring the cart sensors to a Flex I/O rack,
shown by the red and green wires in the picture
