Barry Schulz's
Engineering and 1968 Firebird Page

This is my 1968 Firebird. I bought it
as a shell and my Dad and I restored it. All the parts that were missing
or damaged were purchased from Year One. The rear bumper is from a Camaro,
but has recently been replaced with a new bumper. The rims are stock Chevy
rims from a Monte Carlo and the tires are Cooper Cobras. For size the front
are 215/70R15 and the back are 275/60R15. The engine and transmission were
donated by a 1970 Pontiac Catalina. They are a 400/Th400 combination. The
intake is an Edelbrock Performer topped with a Holley 750 CFM square bore.
I puchased it from a friend nearly new with a Chevy intake.
