Jim Caro was supposed to meat with us at 9:30, but he did
not show.
Project Issues:

We have set a goal of Saturday, July 18th for testing
of the completed system.
Action items for July 9 - 17th (and beyond):

Finish wiring of the entire system. The mass flow meter
needs to be wired.

Preliminary programming of the PLC to be completed by Mark
by Friday afternoon.

The hose fitting for the smoke machine should arrive at Benteler
by Friday afternoon. Sue Dix will contact Shane at work to let him
know it has arrived.

Begin flowmeter programming/operation/testing. Contact
Jim Caro for help.

Another part has been given to us by Darryl. The end
needs to be squared off to prevent tearing of the rubber seals. A
small hole must be drilled in the weld to make this a failing part.

Submit a revised schedule to Jeff Ray along with any revised
drawings/schematics.

Documentation must be completed.

Summary report - completed. Awaiting approval by entire
team.

Operations manual - 90% complete. Awaiting approval
by entire team.

A format was decided on for the presentation posterboard.
Included items: Color photo, abstract, web-address, sequential operations,
PLC schematic, pneumatic schematic...
"To do" list for the next couple of days

Enclosure for control push buttons - Possibility of purchasing
these enclosures. Todd and AJ will look into this before the end
of the week.

Documentation - Todd has this about 80% complete.
It will be 100% complete by the end of next week.
