A vision system will be used to position an X-Y axis to the appropriate
part located within its field-of-view.
The DVT Vision System will be tied directly to the 2 Axis Controller
(via Ethernet or RS232) and will send it the coordinates of the part.
These coordinates will then be interpreted by the motion controller
and the axis' will move into position.
If time permits, an HMI (Human-Machine Interface), will be integrated.
This will allow the user to input multiple
parameters and run different programs.
