    2. Paddle Sports (Kayak/Canoe)

       A) Happy Rock Boats: ** UNDER CONSTRUCTION **

Happy Rock Boats is my personal business of custom paddle craft development   using fiberglass reinforced wood-core composite construction methods.  Started in 2003, Happy Rock Boats is dedicated to furthering construction and design. 

         B) Kruger Canoes:

Kruger Canoes are the strongest expedition paddle boat in the world.  They are made out of DuPont's Kevlar 49 fabric reinforcement and Dow Chemical's Derakane vinylester resin.  This boat holds significantly more long distance records than any other canoe/kayak in the world, so check them out.

                     C) Superior & Sawyer Canoes: 

Superior Canoes is based in the mid-Michigan region and builds high-end custom tailored expedition canoes.  Sawyer Canoes is also owned by the same person and produces high quality and relatively affordable canoes of various makes.

                     D) National Weather Service Marine Forecast:

The National Weather Service produces forecast specific to marine usage.  Included is wave height, wind speed, wind gust, and sky cover.  Click the map to zoom in on the region you want to see. 

                     E) Water Tribe:

Water Tribe is a human powered water craft adventure racing club.  Trips are long distance 100, 300, or 1200 miles long and typically located in the coastal regions surrounding Florida.

                     F) Paddling.net:

Paddling.net is a Grand Rapids, Michigan based FREE website for classified advertisements, product reviews, message boards, and trip information.
