Design of two mating gears.

The design has only one constraint and that was that e = .2

We were given the freedom to pick a pitch, pressure angle, and the number of teeth on each gear.

The design was formatted in excel.

The gear tooth profile was taken from excel and imported into Autocad, after which we constructed the rest of the gear.

The gear was then brought to life in Working Model.
