City of Grand Rapids, 300 Monroe, N.W., Grand Rapids, Mi. 49503. 4/85 to present. Earned a series of promotions to increasingly responsible positions. Successfully computerized various functions in several departments. Duties have included, administration of operations and maintenance activities, management of simultaneous projects, long range planning, budgeting, and supervision of skilled workers. Positions held were: Administrative Analyst, Signals and Lighting Superintendent, Traffic Signal Supervisor, Safety Technician and Special Events Aide.

Hackley Hospital, 1700 Clinton, Muskegon, Mi. 49443. 4/84 to 4/85. Coordinated activities of Safety and Security Department with other hospital activities during second shift. Revised Fire Policy and Procedure. First to link a hospital employee with a series of larcenies and developed supporting evidence which led to administrative action. Position held: Lead Security Officer.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, 30400 Telegraph Rd., Birmingham, Mi. 48012. 5/80 to 4/84. Detected trends in customers' loss experience through research and analysis of data. Then, assisted in engineering and program solutions to identified hazards. Clients included foundries, machine shops, metal fabricators, contractors, plastic fabricators, food processors and merchants. Positions held were: Senior Loss Prevention Representative and Loss Prevention Representative.

Grand Valley State University, Allendale, Mi. Fall 93 to present. Currently maintaining 3.48/4.0 GPA with completion of Engineering degree scheduled for August 1, 1997.

Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mi. Fall 73 to Winter 80. Obtained BA in Criminal Justice with additional course work in Engineering and Business.

Western Michigan University, Grand Rapids Regional Center. Spring 88 to Fall 90. Successfully completed courses in Manufacturing Productivity, Statistics and Wage & Time Study.

Davenport College, Grand Rapids, Mi. Fall 91. Earned 4.0/4.0 grade in four credit "Leadership Roles in Supervision" class.
