EGR 450: Manufacturing Controls Assignments

Here's a simple motor shaft position detector accomplished with a program written in National Instruments' "G" programming language for Labview.
Here's the motor shaft position data collected with the Labview Virtual Instrument (VI) above.
If you really want to see what can be done with National Instruments' "G" programming language for Labview, take a look at this. This is a Proportional-Integral-Differential (P.I.D.) controller constructed completely from the graphical elements and device drivers. It isn't a compact as using a "formula node", but it is a lot more picturesque.
This file is really big! It's some motor position data collected from the P.I.D. controller above. It has been grouped by Kp/Ki/Kd settings into several worksheets of a Microsoft Excel file.
Have you ever wondered what fuzzy logic is all about? Here's a sample program written for Qbasic. It's a motor position controller based on fuzzy logic. ****WARNING: This one has not been debugged, yet.**** If you want to see the rules and some of the assumptions behind the program....look here to find a MSWord 6.0 document with that information.
