Blaise's Necropsy

It is Grossly inaccurate in parts.  The Veterinarian who did this Report was also the vet that diagnosed the problem.  It is disturbing to me that it is possible I may have been better off taking her to an unfamiliar veterinarian for a "fair" report.
After Speaking with the veterinarian about this he was convinced that I in fact had said those things because "I write everything down!" Defensively he added that I was mistaken and indecisive at the time of these occurrences.
I have spoken with my friend and my wife, who attended these visits (except for her autopsy), and they have stated to me that these statements which are noted, are indeed inaccurate to what actually transpired.  It is sad that I have to live  with the Veterinarian saying that I did not give accurate care to my puppy.  Feel free to e-mail me with any questions or comments.
