Holla At Ya Boy!

Yeah, that's right, holla!  And lean back while you're at it.  Now see, most people start their pages with silly pictures of themselves in action, or pictures of their accomplishments in life, at school, or whatever.  Well I'm not gonna do that.  I'm gonna show you a picture of me when I'm at my finest, we're talkin first thing in the mornin, fresh after a long night of doing things that college kids do when it's time to unwind.  Most people wouldn't do this, but for you folks, believe it.  So without further ado, here it is...

See what I mean!  Whoa, not tha's a white man with an AFRO.  Spell it out loud.  Really though and more to the point, what is this page all about.  Well, it started as a resource for me in Engineering 345 as a way to communicate progress on a project with my professors.  What I'm hoping it will grow in to is a full grown mad house of craziness.  What will you find?  Well, first, anyone who knows me (and I mean knows me, not you people who have had a class with me in the past and stumbled upon this page like I know this guy, check it out....no, people who know the name of my dog and the size of my....well, anyway), knows that I love music.  It is my passion in life and my escape from the everyday madness than can start to pile up sometimes.  I hope to write reviews of new albums I buy that you might be interested in, movies, culture, and other stuff like that.  Don't be surprised to see this section filled with some cynicism though, because again, if you know me, you know I can tend to be this way.

I also play the guitar, and am hoping to start playing some open mic nights and maybe get a spot around GR once a week to play.  I write my own music as well as play some covers, so hopefully I'll be able to get some sort of schedule up, and if this music thing ever starts to take off for me, you'll see a more comprehensive section on this (as well as a more thought out design!).

There are also links to sites I find either entertaining, amusing, or just downright educational (ha!  right).  No but really, again, I love music, and listen to a ton of stuff you've never heard of (I'm only guessing based on who will probably actually look at this site), and you probably should hear it, so go visit the sites and listen!  There will be pictures of trips and other things as well, and a rant section, that I fully intend to develop on a regular basis.   'Cause simply, there are things in life that just piss me off and I want a place to write it down and share it with the masses.  And if you agree, write me and tell me so.  If you don't, go piss off because I really don't care.

Other than that, enjoy the prehistoric layout for now.  Hopefully when I extract more time out of my ass, I'll be able to make this thing look like a real 21st century site.
