Major accomplishments since last report:

    We have set forth with specifying and purchasing parts for our prototype machine.  Design for the table fixture is complete and from what I have seen
from the other team memebers their progress on specific applications is coming along nicely.

Major problems since last report:

    Getting in touch with the R&D department at IMT to go over changes to the flipper door and have prototypes made.  This as well as their quoting process has
taken entirely to long.  IMT is currently my major constraint.  I have the flipper door design completed, I have examined as many aspects of these changes as I
can think of and yet still I wait for IMT. I am afraid that they will hold up our entire project, but we are proceeding with the machine design as planned and will work
through IMT's hang-ups as we encounter them.
 

Objectives for next week:

     Complete presentation to HMI, set up a meeting with IMT and again hammer out a plan for prototyping and quoting the cost of the new design.
