Access Business Group: Background

The company that is sponsoring our group is Access Business Group (ABG) from Ada, MI. 

Access Business Group has over 40 years of experience in the development, sourcing, manufacture, and distribution of Amway™ branded products, and over 20 years in catalog fulfillment operations.  Access is also the fulfillment logistics partner to one of the top ten on-line retailers, Quixtar.com.

Access Business Group is a total supply chain organization of knowledgeable people who provide the power to expand solutions.  Access is proud of its broad talent base of employees and world-class facilities. ABG develops, manufactures, and distributes a diverse portfolio of consumable and durable products…from cosmetics to vitamins to air and water treatment systems.

This company also has facilities in California.  At these facilities ABG manufactures Nutrilite® products, among the world's top selling branded vitamin and mineral supplements.  From their Michigan headquarters, they develop and manufacture Artistry® products, one of the top five ranked prestige brands of facial skin care and color cosmetics.

Our group will be sponsored by a sub-section of ABG, more particularly, the research and development department.  Our contact at ABG will be Dave Baarman and he has a bachelors in electrical engineering.  He will be the person who would be supervising the development of our project, once it is accepted.
