To use editor w/ specific compiler:

Open compiler DOS prompt

Change directories to where the source code is located

Start editor by typing gvim <file name>

Use the F9 command to automatically compile source code from editor

Use the F7 command to automatically execute DOS executable from editor

Update Installation

Contains just Add-on Items (Version: May 15, 2006)

Use this installation if you have already installed the GVIM editor and simply need to update the add-on items. This update will also work with later version of the GVIM editor (i.e. 6.2, 6.3, ...) as long as it has been installed in the C:\VIM directory on the hard drive.
