This main page should provide access to a number of topics of interest. I have been active in both teaching and research and see the web as a great method for disseminating both forms of information. It is my goal to make as much of my information available as possible, in the hopes that others will reciprocate and help build the information infrastructure. As we can well see the Internet has inverted the normal means of business. Here successful products start out free, and then the cost increases (eg. Netscape). And, as the development cost for an item approaches zero, the quality increases (eg. LINUX).
